As a Maintenance Manager at Albert Heijn, you are responsible for developing and managing complex maintenance contracts for the installations of our first mechanized Home Shop Centers in Barendrecht and Zwolle. Within these e-Commerce locations, you, with your “high-tech” logistics robotics expertise and specialist knowledge in associated contract management, are the link between our operation and suppliers. You will also be a source of information for the asset and maintenance specialists within your new team, which has yet to be completely shaped. Your new team and office. 
As a Maintenance Manager you make a direct contribution to determining and achieving maximum performance of all mechanized solutions within the logistics chain of Albert Heijn e-Commerce. You use your knowledge of automating logistical processes and build and maintain a solid and reliable portfolio of various maintenance partners to ensure that our core process functions optimally. You do not do this alone, but together with the Asset and Maintenance Specialists from your new Asset Management team, which still needs to be completely shaped. As part of the “Logistiek & Keten” department, the focus within your team will initially be primarily on contract management for the mechanized e-Commerce organization. In the long term, this portfolio will include Albert Heijn's entire automated Supply Chain.
 

The first mechanized Home Shop Center in Barendrecht will soon open its doors. The blueprint for this location has only just been completed and we are about to have the management of the system transferred from the supplier to Albert Heijn. In order to continue to ensure solid performance after this moment, you and the supplier will take a monthly look at short- and long-term developments. You are the point of contact for our Supply Chain organization and external partners in the field of mechanization. You initiate improvements together with a team of specialists and manage all underlying contracts. This comes down to a mix of excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication skills where you have to rely on your talent to connect easily. In this position you work 40 hours a week, partly from the mechanized Home Shop Center in Barendrecht and Zwolle, partly from the head office in Zaandam and partly from home.

  • An annual salary up to €90.000,00 including holiday allowance and a flexible bonus. Depending on your level of seniority and experience;

The recipe for maximum impact: 

  • 5 years of work experience in an organization focused on process optimalization;  
  • A master degree; 
  • Strong knowledge of contract management with major business impact;  
  • Big bonus if you have experience with maintenance of mechanized solutions;    
  • You enjoy teamwork and making things happen;  
  • You are familiar with current developments of the latest technologies within logistics (robotics, etc.); 
  • Experience specifically with large-scale automation processes within e-Commerce is a significant plus; 
  • An innovative spirit with an eye for detail.
